Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for on-site work in La Porte County, IN, for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with duties including evaluations, therapy, and IEP collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds Indiana SLP licensure, an MS/PhD in SLP, and school-based experience with MTSS and eligibility processes. Strong collaboration with families and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or Educator's certification (required).
• School-based experience providing assessment, therapy, and IEP support.
• Familiarity with MTSS framework and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to support eligibility and IEP development.
• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and transitions.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and records.
