Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in Indiana, La Porte, onsite at multiple campuses.
You’ll supervise an onsite SLPA, work with a team of SLPs to manage a caseload across 18 middle school students and 43 high school students, and follow the innovative 3:1 service model with a Flex Week for evaluations and IEP development.
Make an impact in the lives of students by supporting communication development across elementary, middle, and high school settings! This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week) runs from now through the end of May 2027 and offers the chance to help students thrive in a collaborative, caring environment.
You’ll serve K-12 students, splitting your time across various campuses. At one elementary school, you will act as the supervising SLP for a dedicated onsite SLPA, collaborating on service delivery and overseeing their practice. At the middle school, you’ll work closely with two additional SLPs to divide a manageable caseload of 18 students. The high school component includes supporting 43 students, ensuring a rich, diverse experience with varying needs.
A unique highlight of this role is the innovative 3:1 service model: deliver direct therapy for three weeks, then utilize a \"Flex Week\" to focus on evaluations, IEP development, report‑writing, case conferences, and compliance tasks—allowing for professional balance and high-quality service delivery.
If you’re enthusiastic about supporting student success, enjoy teaming up with other professionals, and want to be part of an on-site only role with built-in flexibility, this role is a great fit.
