Job summary

Onward Education in Marion County, IN is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; ASHA CCC preferred (CFY encouraged). Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students to support speech, language and communication needs in an educational setting.
• Collaborate with educators, staff and families to develop and implement IEPs.
• Perform evaluations and progress monitoring to inform student goals.
• Document services, progress and interventions accurately.
• Participate in team, IEP, and professional development meetings.
