Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in LaPorte, IN. The position is onsite with a 37.5-hour workweek during the school year, offering a compensation range of $55-59 per hour.

The SLP will assist in developing speech and language skills, collaborate with district staff, and ensure services align with IEP goals. CFYs welcome and licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• Current IN SLP License is required.
• Current IN Educator Certification or ability to obtain is required.
• CFY candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop speech and language skills to support student development.
• Establish a positive learning environment and respond to student needs.
• Ensure activities comply with district and cooperative guidelines.
• Communicate with school district, cooperative, and community members.
• Operate equipment as required and adapt to changes as needed.
• Support the cooperative and school district’s philosophy and vision.
