Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in Indiana, La Porte, onsite at multiple campuses.

You’ll supervise an onsite SLPA, work with a team of SLPs to manage a caseload across 18 middle school students and 43 high school students, and follow the innovative 3:1 service model with a Flex Week for evaluations and IEP development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure; CFY and CCC candidates encouraged
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
• Ability to supervise SLPAs
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs and maintain progress notes
• Supervise and collaborate with an onsite SLPA, including some virtual oversight
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to foster student growth
• Participate in meetings, case conferences, and family communications
