Job summary

NYAP in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a licensed Therapist to provide individual, group, and family mental health services to youth and families in the community.

Under supervision, you will coordinate care, complete documentation, and support foster families, with flexible hours and emphasis on safety and progress. Benefits include time off, health coverage, CEUs, student loan repayment, 401K, mileage reimbursement, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• 2 years of direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid advanced professional license as required by state regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Coordinates and monitors community-based services for youth and families.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintains strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Participates in supervision and continuous quality improvement activities.
