Qualifications

• Valid advanced professional license and driving credentials as required.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services.
• Coordinates case management and transportation support as needed.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
