TheraPeds Partners is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 year in Bailey, CO. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours, dedicated planning time, and a supportive district collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active or eligible Colorado SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with school-based service delivery and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics needs.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret results.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related staff.
• Provide classroom strategies to support communication.
