Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 2026-2027 school year in Duvall, WA. This in-person role offers 15 hours per week in a K-12 public school setting, with a focus on assessments, treatment, and collaboration with educators and families.

The ideal candidate will hold WA OT licensure (or be eligible) and ESA Certification, with prior school-based experience preferred but not required. We provide benefits and support for school-based therapists.

Qualifications

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
