Job summary

Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is seeking a detail-oriented administrative clerk to support service, parts, and sales teams. The role scans documents, prepares files, and maintains privacy of information in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid California driver license, reliable appearance and work ethic, and the ability to work in a process-driven setting.

Pay Scale

Hourly wages are between $18.50 – 19.00

Duties

• Scans service, parts, and sales documents into shared network.
• Prepare documents in chronological order prior to scanning into database.
• Files physical documents once scan is complete in alphabetical order.
• Understands federal and state laws regarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
