Banner Health Torrington Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support a fast-paced, 1:1 outpatient and rehab caseload in a rural Wyoming setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and provide patient-centered care in a 25-bed critical access hospital environment.

This role entails 3 shifts of 12 hours (days) Monday through Friday with rotating Sundays roughly every 6 weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an Physical Therapy Assistant program accredited by APTA.
• Current PTA license as required by the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Administer PT treatment per plan of care under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Document progress and communicate changes to supervising PT.
• Assist in discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to modify goals as needed.
• Support department operations and maintain productivity standards.
