Job summary

Lovesac Retail is hiring a Full Time Sales Associate in Durham, NC. You will create a welcoming in-store experience, help customers design Lovesac products to fit their space, and foster relationships to drive repeat business.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, assist customers on the selling floor, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while upholding Lovesac standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate sales techniques to build brand loyalty.
• Lead by example through client engagement and proactive selling while meeting sales goals.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, handling quotes and finalizing sales.
