Lovesac is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their style and space. If you love building relationships and influencing peers, join our Lovesac Retail Team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and collaborate to exceed sales goals while maintaining a welcoming store environment and supporting operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including product demonstrations and CRM systems.
• Support omni-channel customer experience across in-store and related channels.
• Must be able to travel locally for store-related activities and meetings.
• Demonstrate good judgment, integrity, and trust in handling transactions and customer data.
• Physical ability to move items up to 75 pounds and perform store-floor setup.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by engaging with customers and delivering strong sales techniques.
• Lead through exceptional client engagement and a commitment to sales goals.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing.
• Collaborate with team to review quotes and drive conversion.
• Champion new product initiatives and promotions to boost sales.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs while motivating others.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues for a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, and promotions.
• Utilize company tools and reports to prioritize daily tasks.
• Follow policies, ensure safety, and assist management with additional duties.
