Sales Focus Inc. is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Representative to partner with Duke Energy at retail locations in Winston-Salem. You will engage customers, explain the Power Manager program, and enroll eligible customers while earning base pay plus uncapped commission.

The role is customer-facing, requiring outgoing individuals who can travel between locations and consistently meet sales goals. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at assigned retail locations.
• Educate customers on Duke Energy’s Power Manager program and benefits.
• Enroll eligible customers in the program.
• Convert customer interest into enrollments.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and enrollment goals.
• Answer customer questions and provide a positive experience.
• Represent Sales Focus Inc. and our client professionally.
• Travel between assigned retail locations as needed.
