Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Retail Sales Representatives to represent Duke Energy at assigned retail locations in Winston-Salem. You will engage customers, explain the Power Manager program, and enroll eligible customers.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with full-time hours, paid holidays, PTO, benefits, and training support. Weekend availability is required, and travel between locations may be needed.

Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) is hiring full-time Retail Sales Representatives to represent our client, Duke Energy, at assigned retail locations in Winston-Salem.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers, explain the benefits of Duke Energy’s Power Manager® program, and enroll eligible customers. This is a customer-facing sales position ideal for someone who is outgoing, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by a base pay plus uncapped commission structure.
