ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in California. The role handles merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in top condition. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with scheduled increases over years.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS system to process purchases.
• Follow cash policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and merchandising per planograms.
• Open additional check lanes to improve checkout efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and report scanning errors.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures and follows lane policies to optimize checkout flow.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
