ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated Store Associate in California to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with scheduled increases over five years; full-time role typically 30+ hours weekly. Full benefits include 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Utilizes POS system to accurately scan and process purchases and reports scanning concerns.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
