Job summary

ALDI USA in California is hiring a Store Associate to help merchandise, stock, operate the checkout, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with annual wage increases in years 2–5. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly, with benefits for eligible employees and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to interpret store policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products per merchandising planograms.
• Operate POS to scan and process customer purchases.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service.
• Open additional checkout lanes as required for efficiency.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and displays.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and loading.
