Job summary

High Associates, part of High Companies, is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Representative for Ascend, a premier residential community in Lancaster, PA. You will greet prospects, support apartment rentals, coordinate move-ins, and manage lease renewals to achieve maximum occupancy while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role is full-time, with flexible hours including some evenings and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum six months experience with multifamily community preferred.
• MS Office and MRI proficiency preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
• Maintain property social media pages and the website.
• Gather information about the property, surrounding community and competition.
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from guests; check daily.
• Tour vacant or model apartments and discuss community features and benefits.
• Follow up with potential residents continuously.
• Inspect vacant/model spaces and amenity areas daily.
• Schedule and coordinate leasing signage.
• Contribute to marketing outreach and external events as needed.
• Promote resident retention programs and attend events.
• Perform administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing team.

Ascend is High Associates’ newest residential community and currently offers exciting lease‑up opportunities. The Leasing & Marketing Representative will serve as the face of the Ascend property in Lancaster, PA, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors. This role is responsible for greeting prospects and residents, supporting apartment rentals, coordinating move‑ins, and managing lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include generating and managing leasing traffic, touring and leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing all move‑in paperwork and procedures. Highly detail‑oriented, outgoing candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment will be especially successful in this position.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. This is a lease up and will require flexible hours, some evenings, and every other weekend.
Starting Rate: $20.00/hr. *Potential to increase based on experience. Also qualifies for leasing commissions and renewal bonuses.
Responsibilities Of Our Reps

• Greeting all guests at the property making them feel welcome and addressing their needs
• Maintaining the property social media pages and website
• Gathering information about the property surrounding community and competition
• Promptly responding to phone calls and emails from guest, checking knock daily and replying promptly
• Leading guest through vacant and or model apartments discussing the features and benefits of the community and how we’re able to meet the needs of the guest
• Continual follow up with each potential resident
• Inspecting vacant and models daily as well as amenity spaces.
• Scheduling and coordinating leasing signage
• Having an active role in marketing outreach, including shopping competitive properties, preparing marketing outreach, grid and attending outside marketing events as necessary
• Actively promoting resident retention programs including events, attending events and socializing at resident events
• Performing various administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing team
  

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• A minimum of six (6) months experience with the multifamily community preferred
• Software skills and knowledge preferred MS office Word, Excel PowerPoint and MRI preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities required
• Ability to multitask and remain highly organized are a must
