Ascend is High Associates’ newest residential community and currently offers exciting lease‑up opportunities. The Leasing & Marketing Representative will serve as the face of the Ascend property in Lancaster, PA, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors. This role is responsible for greeting prospects and residents, supporting apartment rentals, coordinating move‑ins, and managing lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include generating and managing leasing traffic, touring and leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing all move‑in paperwork and procedures. Highly detail‑oriented, outgoing candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment will be especially successful in this position.
This is afull-time position working Monday to Friday. This is a lease up and will require flexible hours, some evenings, and every other weekend.
Starting Rate: $20.00/hr. *Potential to increase based on experience. Also qualifies for leasing commissions and renewal bonuses.
