Athelas Institute, Inc. is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations in a residential home in West Friendship, MD. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality care for individuals supported.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Training in Mandt, CPR/First Aid, and MTTP is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; AA/BA/BS preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or peer training.
• Must have current Driver’s License and be willing to drive individuals.
• Experience with IDD/DD preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in interviewing, selection, orientation and training of staff.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing per DDA authorizations.
• Provide feedback and coaching for staff performance; conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Schedule medical appointments and ensure access to appropriate care.
• Implement Person-Centered Plans, Behavior Support Plans and Nursing Care Plans.
• Provide personal care support if needed and assist with daily living activities.
