Job summary

Asset Living in Abilene, TX is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public areas and make-ready units. This on-site role requires daily cleaning of common areas, offices, amenities, and grounds, with safety and resident comfort in mind.

You will respond to resident requests, follow Asset Living policies, and support the Community Manager. The position may require overtime, weekends, and night hours for emergencies. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the community's public facilities and common areas daily.
• Prepare vacant units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Maintain office and amenity spaces in a clean, orderly condition.
• Comply with Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
