Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the community's offices and amenities in clean condition.
• Uphold Asset Living policies and provide excellent resident service.
• Report violations to the Community Manager.
