Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Housekeeper in Houston, TX to clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. You will participate in make-ready tasks for vacant units under the Community Manager’s supervision.

The role requires high school education (or equivalent) and basic computer skills. A background in housing or property management helps; regular onsite attendance is essential, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills are needed to use on-site software and communicate with residents.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean and maintain public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacants and upkeep offices, amenities, and resident spaces.
• Respond to service requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure compliance with community policies and safety rules.
