Maple Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Kingston, PA is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to support the activity program under the supervision of the Activity Director. The role requires an energetic, creative individual who can motivate residents to participate in events and activities.

The position includes every other weekend and every other holiday. Benefits include medical/dental/vision for full-time staff and voluntary benefits, with hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Creative, outgoing personality and ability to motivate residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing the activities program.
• Record and maintain records of residents' participation in activities.
• Assist with outside activities and groups for residents.
• Conduct scheduled activity programs in a timely manner according to the monthly calendar.
• Assist residents to and from activity areas and with Resident Council Meetings.
