Maple Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Kingston, PA is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to support the activity program under the supervision of the Activity Director. The role requires an energetic, creative individual who can motivate residents to participate in events and activities.

The position includes every other weekend and every other holiday. Benefits include medical/dental/vision for full-time staff and voluntary benefits, with hourly pay based on experience.

• Assist residents to and from activity areas and with Resident Council Meetings.

Maple Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a 92 bed long term care facility located at 615 Wyoming Ave. Kingston, PA.

We are currently looking for a full-time Activities Assistant that will include every other weekend and every other holiday.

Applicants will assist in the planning, developing, organizing and implementing the activity program under the supervision of the Activity Director. The ideal candidate should be creative, have an outgoing personality and be able to motiviate our residents to participate in activities and events.

What will you do as an Activities Assistant:

• * Assist in the recording and maintaining records of resident's participation in activities
• * Assist with outside activities and groups for the residents
• * Conducts the scheduled activity programs in a timely manner according to the monthly activity calendar
• * Assists residents to and from the area where the scheduled activity is held
• * Assist with Resident Council Meetings
