The role supports planning, delivering, and documenting activities while collaborating with the care team in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in activities/healthcare preferred, especially with seniors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment and enhance residents' quality of life.
• Document participation and engagement in activities and programs.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement recreational and social programs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care goals.
• Assist with community outreach and event setup related to activities.
