Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
• Implement and oversee effective rehabilitation programs across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfying experience for all clients.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies that optimize patient outcomes and foster a holistic healing environment.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care at our facility, using appropriate methodologies and techniques to facilitate improvements in each patient’s condition and function.
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers with essential knowledge concerning treatment plans, exercises, and follow-up care.
• Meet or exceed utilization targets and contribute to the overall operational success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric patients recovering from sports injuries to elderly clients needing post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recognized by the American Heart Association.

• Proficient in using computer systems for patient documentation and planning.
• Ability to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships, focusing on meeting and exceeding patient goals.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification.
