Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Winchester, Virginia seeks a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with an active state license and BLS certification. A DPT is preferred, with 2+ years of clinical experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required.
• Current, valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with patients.

Work Environment

Located in the scenic town of Winchester, VA, our rehabilitation facility offers a collaborative and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine physical therapy needs and establish a comprehensive treatment plan.
• Implement treatment programs tailored to individual patient requirements, ensuring the recovery process aligns with the physician’s recommendations.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques specific to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine rehabilitative needs.

• Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification is also preferred.
• Experience in the development and implementation of personalized therapy programs and outcomes measurement is a plus.
