Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Implement comprehensive therapy programs addressing various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, ensuring each patient receives tailored care.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and demonstrate commitment to the effectiveness of therapy through proactive engagement with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes by incorporating evidence-based practices into therapy sessions.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions within our facility, employing advanced techniques and procedures to align with physician-directed care plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment strategies and preventive care, reducing the likelihood of re-injury.
• Consistently meet clinical utilization goals while maintaining compliance with organizational benchmarks and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Monadnock Care Solution, you will interact with a diverse patient demographic spanning multiple specialties. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years' clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
