Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in computer systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to accurately assess their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment programs aimed at enhancing patients' physical abilities and achieving their functional goals.
• Engage in the treatment of a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, ensuring a versatile approach to rehabilitation.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers about treatment plans and exercises, emphasizing self-management skills.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize patient outcomes, collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment throughout the patient journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
