Job summary

Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Fords, New Jersey seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and improving quality of life.

You will work onsite at our rehabilitation center with a collaborative clinical team, delivering evidence-based care, educating patients and caregivers, and contributing to program development and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Treat a diverse clientele including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, tailoring approaches based on each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, postural alignment, and lifestyle modifications to support their healing process.
• Deliver therapy sessions with compassion and professionalism, ensuring an excellent patient experience while meeting or exceeding utilization and business goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care, share insights regarding patient progress, and refine treatment strategies as necessary.

You will work with a varied patient population encompassing individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, and athletic injuries. Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits
