Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our onsite team in a comprehensive, patient-centered private practice. You will evaluate patients, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE- or APTA-accredited program.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside proficient word processing and computer skills.
• A commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients to help them achieve and exceed their functional goals.
• A desire to positively connect with people and foster community relationships.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement treatment programs targeting various patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, adapting techniques to meet each patient's specific needs.
• Deliver expert-level therapeutic care in a range of settings, ensuring to follow the prescribed plans of care to achieve meaningful outcomes for patients.
• Utilize effective communication skills with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to enhance understanding, adherence, and overall effectiveness in treatment.
• Support patients and their caregivers through education, training, and motivation to promote self-management and recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery and meet set healthcare goals.
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all patients feel valued and supported during their rehabilitation process.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering annual compensation between USD 100,000 and 120,000, reflecting your experience and contributions.
