Job summary

The Eddy Center, Middletown, CT is seeking a Residential Aide to support justice-involved men and women re-entering the community. This part-time role operates on the third shift with weekend coverage, offering a structured, client-centered approach and supervision within a residential housing program.

Ideal candidates have recovery or justice-involved experience and a commitment to compassionate, boundary-aware service delivery in a challenging, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and supervision to justice-involved individuals re-entering the community.
• Maintain professional and respectful boundaries while being structured and compassionate.
