Job summary

The Connection Inc. is seeking a Residential Aide for the January Center in Uncasville, CT. The position offers $20.00 per hour with full- or part-time shifts across various schedules.

Employees support adult men under DOC or CSSD supervision, providing residential treatment, psycho-educational services, and case management to promote positive behavioral change and reduce reoffending risk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or an Associate's Degree
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and supervision to justice-involved individuals re-entering the community
• Utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach
• Support rehabilitation, education and successful reentry from incarceration
