Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma with minimum 1.5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Must have valid AZ driver's license and meet driving policy of Terros Health.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying treatment and recovery goals.
• Complete assessments and individualized service plans.
• Conduct outreach for services including crisis interactions.

Education
