Job description

The Huston Automotive Group is currently hiring a full-time experienced receptionist for our Central location in Winter Haven, FL.

The position requires you to be available to work Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Central is a family owned and operated dealership, serving the Winter Haven community for over 50 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must work all scheduled days and hours.
  • Answers a multi-line phone system, routs calls, and takes messages
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing basic information and striving to minimize the time they are put on hold
  • Greets guests and directs them to the correct department.
  • Exhibits ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior receptionist experience required
  • Bilingual a plus(English & Spanish)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Exhibits a confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required (attire is Business Casual, no jeans)
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma
  • Must be willing to participate and pass company mandated drug and background check.
