What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to inquiries and service requests from patients and other stakeholders via phone, email, and web portal
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers to enhance service delivery
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations to ensure the privacy and safety of information
- Collaborate with team members to support service delivery objectives
- Operate office equipment and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and electronic mail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey sensitive information clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in the medical and healthcare field
- Familiarity with processes in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize assignments effectively
