Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to reflect current market conditions.
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
