Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or higher
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed
