Action Behavior Centers in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Behavior Technician role to support children with autism through ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with kids ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data.

No previous experience is required; paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. This is a full-time position with daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) and opportunities for growth, including raises and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; proof of degree must be provided.
• Paid training provided; RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or health-related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
