Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role requires obtaining an RBT certification within 20 days of hire and offers predictable daytime hours, with potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaboratively support a nurturing clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and working with young children.

Responsibilities
