Action Behavior Centers in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays, and the start date is immediate.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities. Training includes paid RBT certification and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or higher; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work.
