Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Property Manager for a Large Section-8 community near Muskegon, MI. The role focuses on resident screening, occupancy, rent processing, and compliance across affordable housing programs.

The ideal candidate will manage applications, maintain occupancy, prepare notices, and supervise recertifications while using Yardi/PropertyWare and MS Office tools. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Review/Approve resident applications.
• Maintain wait list.
• Maintain full occupancy of assigned property.
• Prepare legal notices (30-Day Non-Payment, 30-Day Health and Safety).
• Accept rent payments, process in software, and deposit into bank.
• Complete resident recertifications.
• Maintain resident files.
• Other projects and tasks, as requested.
