Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic and well visits, across in-office and testing center sites, with occasional telehealth.

You will participate in Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and use your clinical training for procedures as needed. Licensure in Texas by start date is required.

Qualifications

• Accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care; OR 1 year with fellowship/urgent care.
• Texas state licensure by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Provide care in-office and at testing centers; conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training; perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
