Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX seeks a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel in an outpatient primary care setting. You will perform in-office visits, testing center work, and occasional tele-health visits, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

The role requires state licensure in Texas, and a national certification, with opportunities to obtain additional state credentials for virtual care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care (0+ patients) or 1 year plus a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care (0+).
• State licensed in Texas by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
