One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) licensed in Texas to join our Austin, TX Domain Northside clinic. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office and testing center care, plus occasional telehealth visits.

We value collaboration, continuous learning through Clinical Rounds, and the ability to navigate multi-state licensure for virtual care. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, or 1 year with fellowship or urgent care experience.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
