Job summary

One Medical is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) to join our Austin, TX team in a full-time role. You will manage a broad patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and preventive care both in-office and via tele-health, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration.

Texas licensure is required by start date. Flexible opportunities for additional state credentialing may be available; relocation assistance may be considered.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care with patients of all ages, OR 1 year with a fellowship or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Possibly obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
