Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, see patients of all ages in office or testing centers, and participate in occasional tele-health visits.

We value human-centered care, collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, and commitment to ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Texas licensure is required by start date.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• State licensed in Texas by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for continuous learning.
