One Medical is hiring a full-time Advanced Practitioner in Austin, TX, to manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and preventive care. You may see patients in-office, at testing centers, or through tele-health visits, with ongoing learning in Clinical Rounds and collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

Requirements include completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and Texas state licensure by start date.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, OR 1 year with additional fellowship or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers or via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and credential for virtual primary care in additional states.
